Our approach
We aim to use semantic HTML, descriptive headings, readable colour contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, alternative text and responsive layouts. Accessibility is considered alongside performance, usability and content quality.
Standards and ongoing improvement
Our goal is to work toward the relevant principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing objective, not a claim that every page, browser, assistive-technology combination or third-party service is fully conformant.
We review templates and important customer journeys when changes are made and prioritise issues that prevent access to content, navigation or enquiry functions.
Known limitations
Third-party tools, linked websites, browser behaviour or older content may create limitations outside our direct control. Some complex tables may require horizontal scrolling on small screens. Social platforms and external documents follow the accessibility practices of their providers.
Requesting assistance
If you cannot access information or complete an enquiry, email hello@searchar.in or call +91-75896 04616. Tell us the page, the difficulty and your preferred format or contact method. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or an alternative route.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback helps us prioritise improvements. Contact hello@searchar.in with the relevant URL and a description of the issue. We review actionable reports and will respond as reasonably practicable.
